What are the delivery methods offered?

All orders are delivered by SingPost. We currently offer normal and registered mail for both local and international orders. Only delivery by registered mail is trackable, while normal mail is not.

Please note that we are not liable for lost normal mail, to be safe, we recommend opting for registered mail.

How long will my items take to arrive?

Orders will be processed within 2 - 3 working days. Delivery duration is dependent on your location, most local orders will take 2 - 5 working days and international orders will take 1 - 2 weeks. Do expect potential delays during festive periods. 

What are the payment methods accepted?

We accept debit and credit card payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Can I request for a refund or exchange?

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept refund or exchange requests. 

Are the earrings hypoallergenic?

Some of our products are hypoallergenic, but not all. Please check the product description to find out if the particular earring is hypoallergenic.

Will the earrings tarnish?

Over time, tarnishing is inevitable for costume jewellery due to its exposure to the sun, water or harsh chemicals such as perfume. However, you can prolong the longevity of your earrings by taking extra care of them. Keep them away from chemicals and store them in the pouch that comes with it.
